A talk for Holocaust Memorial Day.

The concentration camp at Belsen is infamous, but less well known is the involvement of a County Durham artillery regiment. This talk explores the stories of those gunners and their unforgettable experiences in the closing days of the Second World War, as discovered through records in the Durham Light Infantry Archive, held by Durham County Record Office.

This is a free Zoom live event (donations welcome, by optional payment link).
Advance booking essential.
